As the disposable needle is the core part of the disposable plastic syringe, it requires delicate technologies for processing. Cannula is the part which directly contact to human body. Hence, the inside of the stainless pipe must be innocently processed by specialized technology for the efficient injection into human body.

JOONGBO has developed multi-cleaning process, sterilizing process and the three points grinding know-how for the production of disposable needle. We would like to apply this technology for the actual production so that the product can be perfectly harmless to the human body and the patient can feel the less pain during the injection.

For the production of cannula, it is required to process the stainless pipe to be cut and grinded with the standard for the assembling process. According to each standard, the length of cannula can be easily deter minded with the simple operation of cutting machine/ the cut stainless cannula is grinded and polished by each process and the point is 3 points-grinded for the easy injection and the reduction of the patient?s pain. After multi-cleaning process, the processed cannula is transferred to the needle assembling line.
